Walkthrough
We inspect every wall, eave and fascia board, talk colors and give you a written quote.
- Step 2
Protect & prep
Cover walls, windows, floors, lights and landscaping. Power wash, scrape, fix cracks.
- Step 3
Prime
Prime for proper adhesion — Pro-Cryl® and DTM on bare spots, patches and metal.
- Step 4
Paint
Premium Sherwin-Williams coatings, with elastomeric on fascia where it's needed.
- Step 5
Final walk
We walk it with you and clean up until there's no sign we were there.

Yes. Mr Painting Houses LLC holds Arizona ROC license #344330 and is licensed, bonded and insured.
What paint do you use?
We use Sherwin-Williams product lines matched to each surface — Emerald® and Duration® topcoats, Emerald® Urethane Trim Enamel and Scuff Tuff® for cabinets, doors and trim, and Pro-Cryl® Universal Primer and DTM Acrylic for metal and patched areas.
How do you prep stucco and fascia before painting?
We power wash every surface, inspect and fix cracks, scrape loose paint and prime for adhesion, and cover walls, windows, floors, lights and landscaping. Where fascia needs it, we apply an elastomeric coating for added durability.
